He shaved his head outside the court as soon as he was released
Kolkata : I will not rest my head until the removal of the Trinamool government in the state. This is what Congress leader Kaustav Bagchi said. After being released from the Bankshall court on Saturday, Kaustav shaved his head outside the court and said he would give sleepless nights to the CM. Earlier, Kaustav was arrested by the police of Bartalla police station for making objectionable comments about CM Mamta Banerjee. Kaustav said that if the CM apologized to Adhir Chaudhary for his comment, he would also consider apologizing to the CM for his comment. It is popular here that Kaustav was arrested by the police of Badtalla police station of Barrackpore, Kolkata police late on Friday night. Senior Congress leader and ward no. 45 MP Santosh Pathak welcomed Kaustav Bagchi. On this occasion, Amitab Chakraborty, Tapas Majumdar, Shubhankar Sarkar, Tapan Aggarwal Mohd Mukhtar and other Congress workers participated. The way the police went to Kaustav’s house late at night and did a trick all night, is wrong. Kaustav has grandparents at home. The police have the wrong attitude in front of them. We protested Kaustav’s arrest, first at the police station and then outside the court. Finally, after hearing the strong arguments of Vikas Ranjan Bhattacharya and the Congress lawyers in the court, the honorable judge granted bail to Kaustav, for which we thanked the judge.
