KARACHI: (Web Desk) The Sindh High Court has ordered candidates to retake the exam in 2 months due to irregularities in the Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) 2020 exam.
The Supreme Court has announced the decision of the case related to the Sindh Public Service Commission 2020 exam, the court has ordered the 2020 candidates to retake the exam in 2 months.
The court has ordered that the tests must be conducted under the supervision of the official representative and assistant registrar of the Supreme Court.
The Sindh High Court said the suspension was invalid, determined the responsibility and punished them.
The court has given 2 months time to Sindh Public Service Commission to file a lawsuit against those responsible and said that if satisfactory action is not taken, the court itself will do it.
It should be noted that the High Court of Sindh declared the cancellation of the written examination due to the exposure of fraud and irregularities in the Sindh Public Service Commission 2020 examination.
