The Anti-Terrorism Court of Islamabad granted temporary bail to PTI leaders Farrukh Habib and Mian Aslam Iqbal in the cases of vandalism in the court.
Farrukh Habib and Mian Aslam Iqbal appeared in the Anti-Terrorism Court with their lawyer Naeem Panjotha. Farrukh Habib and Mian Aslam were booked under the Terrorism Act at the Ramna police station.
Judge Raja Jawad Abbas of the Special Anti-Terrorism Court granted temporary bail to Farrukh Habib and Mian Aslam Iqbal in exchange of Rs 20,000 bonds.
An investigation report into the riot has been prepared
On the other hand, the Islamabad Police sent the investigation report of the incident of vandalism and violence in the Court House to the Ministry of Interior on the statement of the Chairman Tehreek- e-Insaf Imran Khan.
According to the sources, the report said that the Tehreek-e-Insaaf workers inside it seems that the lawyers forced the opening of the exit door. All the cameras are working properly, some of the accused have damaged the cameras on purpose.
According to the report, 3 PTI leaders tried to force the court under the plan. The Tehreek-e-Insaaf leaders broke the barricade by beating and attacking the police.
