New Delhi: The CBI has completed the defense of former Delhi chief minister Manish Sisodia. Today he will appear before the court. The CBI arrested Sisodia in the Excise Policy case in February. Jain was arrested by the ED in 2022 in a hawala trade case involving a Kolkata-based company.
On March 4, former deputy CM Manish Sisodia was produced at the Rouse Avenue Court. The CBI said that Manish Sisodia is not cooperating in the investigation, so it should be given another 3 days. The court extended Sisodia’s remand two days after the CBI hearing. He was sent to CBI custody till March 6. Probation ends today. He will be brought to justice.
