Nagpur. The top official of the insurance company tried to forcefully drag his girlfriend by calling her into the hotel room. The girl who was involved was able to escape from there and complained to the police. Police registered a case against Vineet Pramodkumar Agarwal (48), resident of Kandivali East, Mumbai and arrested him. Vineet is working in a senior position in Star Health Insurance Company.
He had an old name and the victim was 27 years old. He is pursuing MBA in Nagpur and lives in hostel. Vineet came to Nagpur related to work and stayed in a large hotel near Chhatrapati Chowk on Wardha Road. Last Friday evening, he called the victim to the hotel room to greet her. Vineet tried to force himself and the victim by closing the door of the room.
The victim screamed and was startled and ran out of the room. File a complaint directly with the police station. The police registered a case under various sections and arrested Vineet. He appeared in court on Saturday. The court released him.
