A person who went on a motorcycle to perform Umrah died after reaching Makkah.
Arab media said Ghazi Jassim Shahdeh is 53 years old from Syria and he arrived at Masjid al-Haram from Germany on a motorcycle in 73 days.
When Ghazi Jassim started his journey towards Makkah, he kept sharing the hardships and experiences he faced during the journey through social media.
Ghazi Jasim died as soon as he reached the Masjid al-Haram, performed his funeral prayers, and was later buried in the Makkah cemetery.
On the one hand, his journey is being appreciated on social media and on the other hand, his death is being mourned.
